2) Recurring Support Application:

Install the remote software following the steps below

  • Please click Download - Choose RUN and Install.
  • Click NEXT and leave the default installation location unchanged. 
  • Follow the prompts to install the program and accept any Operating System "Permission" Prompts (if necessary) to complete the install.
  • Uncheck "Launch Castles Technology Remote Support" and click Finish.

To Launch a support session click the Shortcut on your desktop to begin.
